We moved into the Pheasant Meadow townhomes about six months ago, right after we got married, and we love it! We love the neighbor
hood and the fact that it’s not too far from everything while still being really quiet, and we have great neighbors. We feel that the quality of the house itself is excellent as well. Our home has granite countertops, lots of storage space, spacious bedrooms and even a garage, which is something you don’t see in a lot of townhomes. We really loved working with Dave and all of his people during the building process. It worked out perfectly and we love living in it.

I had a really good experience with Building Dynamics. They were really good to work with, and Dave especially was awesome. They offered
more selection as compared to other building companies and let me customize so many things in our home. Additionally, they were a lot less expensive than other homes I looked at, but offered the high quality upgrades that I would have paid more for with other builders. The location is also great—Pheasant Meadow is in a beautiful area, really quiet and nice. Building Dynamics was easy to work with, has a wonderful staff and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
